    This is for first time buyers or those that have not owned a home in 3 years and do not exceed income limits of $59,300 for 1-2 person household and $68,194 for 3 or more person household
    Soft-second mortgage (0 interest) for the 3.5% assistance, prorated and completely forgiven after buyer lives in house for 5 years. New final Closing has been extended to 5-25-2011

  3. Rural Development Financing
    for qualifying areas outside of Tulsa city limits
    *No Mortgage Insurance!
    *No Cash Reserve Requirements!
    *102% of Appraised Value to Cover Closing Costs!
    *No Cap on mortgage amount other than the Appraisal (plus USDA-RD Fee)!
    *6% Seller Concessions Allowed to cover closings costs!

    This 100% no down paymet loan for anyone who has served, or is now serving in our Military. Your funding fee may be waived if you have a documented disability.
